Delta ducks his head, but he's still grinning.

"To be fair, she does require assistance. Her expenses have always been covered by the military; she has no sense of economy." But a large chunk of cash like that is begging to be invested, and Delta does read math theory for fun, and that does translate into economic theory....

"Currently, I am still investigating the possibilities. In a mostly closed system such as this, investing in base resources is solid and will do for some portion. Medical research is also wise, as are both offensive and defensive systems. That should be enough to begin with."

"An evil economic genius. Where else do you plan to invest?" Here's comfortable, cozied up against Delta, feeling the skittering flick of calculations in the back of his head, listening to schemes and plans to take down their malignant overloards.

"She also enjoys art; it was a great comfort to her while she was bedridden. With the level of technology here I believe it would be possible to develop advanced art therapy for hospitals or as part of a recovery program."

And as for the rest? He transmits a few vague ideas, but Delta hasn't worked out all the concrete plans just yet. He wants to see this virus eliminated one way or another, in the end.

He snorts - a classically trained accountant would be better, probably, and a real AI would definitely be better. But she doesn't trust many people and there are no real AI here, so Delta was the one she chose.

"We shall see how long it takes to turn one million into two and then reconsider."

Well, and doing what most good practices do - investing a certain percentage in what is sure, and a much smaller percentage in what will pay off spectacularly if successful. And tomorrow, he's going to resolve to invest a small amount in a certain Blue's tiny hat business.
