[ God, why did he say that? Why did he think that? Even if he thinks it's probably true. He sort of bites his lip to disrupt the sly little smile that spreads on his face and oh god he's flushing. With his pale complexion that's going to show and York's going to notice and why did he say that? The best he can do to try to cover it up is to keep his head bent as he pulls the pies out, first the peach, then the apple-caramel, and sets them on the counter to cool. ]
