[He curls up in turn and they're perfect little nesting layers, him around his cocoa, York around him. It warms the awful stillness in him into soft thrumming and he hums softly, nuzzling against him.]

[One look at that expression is all jack needs to collapse into hapless giggling, though a few seconds in the sound begins to stutter between delight and ugly-sounding coughing. He grits out an apology, trying to ride out the tickle in his throat, pushing the mug of cocoa at York's hands before he can spill it everywhere.]
